LARIA is pleased to announce our Keynote Speaker Paul Vittles FMRS FRSA is Chief Executive of The Vittles Organisation, based in Sydney. Before moving to Australia in 2005, Paul had a 20 year research career in the UK, initially with MORI. He was the first research manager at York City Council and MD of local government research specialist RBA. Paul has provided research or consultancy to more than 100 councils. Before setting up vittles.org, Paul was Director and Executive Coach with TNS Australia.
